i've been using
pdf since i started as a student four years ago. it files proves to be a popular and reliable format for documents that can be sent, printed and screened. taking into account of its many advantages, i can confidently say "i *love pdf*".
the flexibility pdf offers makes it perfect for conducting business in way that would be hard if no digital tools existed. for example, i was able to secure an internship with a finance company over digital content instead of sending paper copies. it helped in both interviews and meetings as it makes my documents to look professional, we could all make discussions easy at anytime and share my documents securely with others.
apart from businesses, pdfs offers many benefits for individuals. within it, graphics and other objects that cannot be boiled directly down to html make them essential for storing digital version of photos, charts and documents which take up an inordinate amount of space. this gives us abundant space and the ability to store a wealth of documents in small memory storage like a flash drive or online cloud storage. plus, pdf documents open without difficulties even on mobiles and often is the only universizable file format across multiple devices.
all that said, i still haven't mentionedwhat i love the most about pdfs: its consistency as a format versatile enough for any job that needed to be done, be it academic papers for college classes or professional client documentation projects. it really does make life easier. i cannot deny this.
